Return and Refund Policy

 All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase.  ALL beauty, skin care and acrylic press on nail items, but not limited to, are NON REFUNDABLE and are ineligible for returns or exchanges. All returns must  be in original packaging with tags attached. Please enclose copy of the original receipt of purchase. If product was damaged during shipping... pictures will be required. ALL returns will be at the expense of the customer. Shipping charges are NOT refundable, No Exceptions will be made. Once returned item is received by Trulee Couture a store credit will be issued to the customer. Your store credit does not expire and can be used to purchase any item with Trulee Couture Online Store. 

Exchanges can be made on items that are damaged during the shipping process. We are happy to replace the item at NO COST to you. All damaged items will require pictures of the envelope or box the product originally shipped in to you.
